No, this is not what I cook… not yet anyway 
I ate this glorious Nasi Uduk with Indonesian style fried chicken with orang asli style sambal and it was glorious! And the boss of the place is kind enough to share the recipe with me… I have it all in my head now (written down the first chance I have!) but I have not tried it out yet.
Just to let you have an idea on how good it is… My kids normally would not even want to eat KFC(that’s Kentucky Fried Chicken). Yet, when they see and smell this chicken, my son polished off 2 drumsticks(and still ask for more!)and my daughter, who is only 3 plus, polished off 1 whole drumstick without any prodding and pleading from me to finish up her food!
OK… I will cook this one day next week. Need to go to the market to get the ingredients first! And if it tastes as good as what I ate, I will post the recipe here

Oh, we ate this on our camping trip, the facilitator prepared this for us.. but they have their own restaurant in Melaka, in a small town called Sungai Udang. Name of the restaurant is called Warung Nasi Uduk…. it is really really delicious!
